    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    At Site Impact a successful  Client Service Manager must be able to confidentially check off the following:

    • You are a self-motivated individual who can perform at optimal levels under pressure, meet sales objectives, and effectively manage stress.
    • You must be an original thinker that can offer ideas about generating new sales and effectively deal with people to maintain client satisfaction.
    • You will manage the client’s business needs from start to close.
    • You willl continually develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients, making yourself available to handle inquiries and concerns.
    • You are a Guru at developing and enhancing your ability to close sales, manage client and business objectives, and monitor performance.

    As the title implies, this is a senior role that comes with heavyweight responsibilities of managing your business.

     

     

    This position requires minimal travel. 

     

    Must Haves

     

    Industry-Specific Knowledge

    In order to sell our product and services, you will become an expert on Site Impact offerings.  Once you complete our compact training program you will have in-depth knowledge about our services, our team dynamics, our mission statement, corporate initiatives and goals.

     

    Sales & Client Services

    Having sales expertise and a client-oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role. To generate new business and to maintain existing accounts, it is necessary you have the know-how to pinpoint the client’s needs and address them in the most concise way possible. Your ability to keep a clear line of communication with the client to ensure satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise will eliminate issues and enable you to come up with a prompt and efficient problem resolution, if needed.

     

    Administrative Duties

    You are responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.

    • Advanced sales skills, which includes the ability to market and close the sale of an offering
    • Negotiation skills to secure accounts
    • Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients over the phone and in face-to-face meetings
