In order to sell our product and services, you will become an expert on Site Impact offerings. Once you complete our compact training program you will have in-depth knowledge about our services, our team dynamics, our mission statement, corporate initiatives and goals.
Sales & Client Services
Having sales expertise and a client-oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role. To generate new business and to maintain existing accounts, it is necessary you have the know-how to pinpoint the client’s needs and address them in the most concise way possible. Your ability to keep a clear line of communication with the client to ensure satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise will eliminate issues and enable you to come up with a prompt and efficient problem resolution, if needed.
You are responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.
