    Our Corporate Office is located in Coconut Creek, Florida with satellite locations in Orlando, Florida and Overland Park, Kansas.



    The Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will work with several hiring managers  to determine staffing needs and build high performing teams.  The recruiter is highly skilled in technology and email marketing recruiting and is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting:  from thinitial job requisition and hiring manager intake, up to onboarding.

    •  Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
    • Passionately explain the company vision, culture and career opportunity to prospective team members.
    • Write/ post job ads, assess / research salary ranges within location of hire, screen resumes, prescreen candidates (by phone or in person), makes recommendations for interview, administers appropriate assessment(s), complete reference and checks, follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding interview process, and extend employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
    • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
    • Manage application/resume file according to company policy.
    • Use of traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
    • Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
    • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
    • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
    • Corporate Recruiter with experience recruiting for technology & email marketing positions.
    • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience required in Technology and Email Marketing.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
    • Computer proficiency required.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
    • Strong proficiency with ATS required.
    • Passionate and Ambitious Business Acumen.
    • Strong written and oral communication.
