    • Knowledge of and experience with data processing/management systems
    • Client relations experience in an email marketing environment with progressive responsibilities in managing dedicated accounts
    • Professional customer oriented focus, with effective verbal and written communication at all levels
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales environments
    • Must have knowledge of the online marketing/ email marketing industry
    • Guru knowledge of & experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & CRM tools
    • High level analytical skills to process client data
    • Anticipatory, and self-initiatedbehavior
    • Detailed



    • Process client data, evaluate requests and implement as appropriate
    • Work directly with Account Managers and C-Level executives to maximize revenue on existing clients
    • Create and process contracts
    • Manage campaign set up process
    • Monitor reporting trends and campaign analysis
    • Optimize campaign results
    • Provide support to existing clients to ensure their goals are being met
    • Keep management informed of findings by submitting activity and results reports
    • Learn and understand marketing principles to identify client needs
    • Client communication - explain procedures; answer questions; provide information
    • Resolve customer complaints -investigate problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations
    • Meet/exceed goals while accomplishing the company mission
