    We are interviewing Jr. Account Managers with 1 to 2 years of experience working for a B2B email marketing company or who have recently graduated from college with a degree in email marketing or business administration. This position is team-based and works directly with Business Development Managers to manage day to day responsibilities for client accounts. The Junior Sales Account Manager will train with senior team members, to understand our Company vision and mission.  Experience with Google AdWords or Google AdWords certification is a plus. This is an entry-level position.

    • Manage a mass amount of day to day communication and workflow with existing clients via email and telephone.
    • Work directly with Business Development Managers to maximize revenue on existing clients
    • Provide support to existing clients to ensure their goals are being met -- keep clients abreast by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations
    • Keep management abreast of findings by submitting activity and results reports
    • Learn and understand marketing principles to identify client needs
