Sales & Client Services
Having sales expertise and a client-oriented attitude is essential to succeed in this role. To generate new business and to maintain existing accounts, it is necessary you have the know-how to pinpoint the client’s needs and address them in the most concise way possible. Your ability to keep a clear line of communication with the client to ensure satisfaction, and anticipate any problems that may arise will eliminate issues and enable you to come up with a prompt and efficient problem resolution, if needed.
You are responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history and other pertinent details.

We are hiring experienced, professional, and successful Senior Client Service Managers with B2B sales and account management experience. This position is responsible for managing client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business. Responsibilities include sales; client relations; implementation; setting up meetings; demos; developing training strategies; marketing packages; marketing programs; onboarding; attending tradeshows; networking and a tremendous amount of communication, and product knowledge as well as understanding and anticipating the client’s needs.
You will manage the client’s business needs from start to close. You are expected to continually develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients, making yourself available to handle inquiries and concerns. You are a Guru at developing and enhancing your ability to close sales, manage client and business objectives, and monitor performance. As the title implies, this is a senior role that comes with heavyweight responsibilities of managing your business.
